British Customs’ business began growing rapidly with the Modern Classic trend in motorcycles and the company needed an identity package to match their new market position. When BC approached Libre for a rebrand, the goal was to design a look and message targeting a younger audience. Through market research, we discovered that each of BC’s stylish products attracted a quite different demographic. Libre designed the main identity and then developed sub brand categories for each of British Customs’ products. Libre also art directed an intensive photo shoot that covered all product categories and demographics through strategic models and targeted photography. We designed look books, catalogs and environmental graphics to support the brand and made sure that all the elements held together seamlessly.
